Frequently Asked Questions What is your Shipping Policy?
Once an order is received, it will normally be shipped within 2-3 business days. We offer Standard Shipping (2-7 business days, depending on location) as well as Priority Shipping (2-3 business days). Shipment confirmation is sent to the email address associated with the order, along with a U.S.P.S. Delivery Confirmation tracking number.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items once they leave the United States and enter International Customs.
What is your Return Policy?
We want you to love your From*me Tee! If you are not satisfied, send us an email to info@frommetees.com and we will kindly assist you OR simply return your From*me Tee to:

Please indicate the reason for return and if you prefer an exchange or refund. If requesting an exchange, please include $2.50 per item for postage and indicate which shirt/style/size is needed. When exchanging, if a price difference results in your favor, you will receive a refund at time of processing. If you prefer an item of greater value, you may pay the difference and we'll take care of things from there!
All items returned must be in the original condition in which you received them. Items may be returned up to 30 days after your order date. Items which have been washed, worn, and/or mistreated are non-refundable.
 Can I give my spouse a Shout Out on From*me Tees’ Website?
In a brief sentence or two, tell us why your spouse rocks! We will choose from entries submitted to be placed on the Shout Outs page of the From*me Tees website from time to time. Send your Shout Out to info@frommetees.com and put “Shout Out” in the subject. We will include only the first names of you and your spouse. (Example: “My husband makes the best French toast and every Saturday morning he relieves me of breakfast duty!” to Brian, from Jenny) How often do New Designs come out and can I be notified?

 Are From*me Tees' Tie-Dyed T-shirts Custom-Made?
Yes! Each tie-dyed shirt is professionally hand-crafted by tie dye experts, Douglas and Kristi. The creative process of tie-dying one shirt can take up to twelve hours! Though our selected colors and design patterns are constant, each shirt varies slightly, only adding to the charm and individuality of this beautiful product. *Our tie dyed shirts are the perfect gift for the person in your life who likes unique, one-of-a-kind, stand-out-in-a-crowd apparel.
 How do I best Care for my From*me Tee?
You can give your From*me Tee some lovin’ by machine washing cold. Wash dark colors separately. Tumble dry low. Do not use bleach. Do not use detergent with color-safe bleach except at your own risk. Shirts may shrink slightly. Do not dry clean. Do not iron decoration/screen-printed area.
